Thank you for sharing! I love the routines and space you have created in the morning and evenings. Excited to try that more intentionally on my own. ❤️

I really resonate with the tension between “I’m the worst” and “I’m the best.” Really well put, thank you for writing this!

I love your post. I think it brings back the essence of what social media should be about.

A French lady posted something super inspiring yesterday on Insta: https://www.instagram.com/stories/slanelle/3297467162042145266/ (don't know if it'll still be visible when you read it). Basically she applies a "yolo" strategy for her content, meaning she doesn't care about the stats. And she confesses stats are awful BUT that the type of people she attracts are the ones that matter.

Very very nice.

P.S. I woke up during the snowstorm and suddenly did not want coffee anymore. Go figure. Lol.

Love your shares. I struggle with addiction to social media. All the old folks who are still in my hometown are on FB and mostly my new community is on IG. But I lviewone thing, and it is an hour later. Love the routines and that you pretty much like YOU these days. At 62, that has been a journey. During a writing workshop I am in, we were tasked with writing to our younger self, we pick the age. I didn't like myself for a long time. Probably not until I got divorced. This week's homework is to write about a food memory. It reminded me of you and your grandmother; crap! it reminded me of MY grandmother. I think of you often in this weekly workshop. Keep up the good writing. And thank you.
